How It Works

Shipping Policy

Please be aware that all orders are processed the following day after your purchase at 12:00 p.m. EST

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

  • USPS Mail: $5.99 (1-3 business days)

  • USPS Over-Night Mail: $24.00

  • Free Pickup, Location: Mason Grove Pkwy
    Lawrenceville, GA 30043

  • Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $175.00 using the code: "FREESHIPPING". Free Shipping not applicable with other promotions.

Please remain up to date with your tracking updates.

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date. 

FRONTROWE is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

 

Return/Exchange Policy

Shopfrontrowe.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

Return Guidelines

    1. Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit and/or exchange. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

    2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 15% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.  

    3. Bodysuits and Swimsuits are FINAL SALE.

    4. FrontRowe does not offer refunds. If an item is returned, store credit or an exchange will be issued for the subtotal amount.

    5. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email info@shopfrontrowe.com within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

    6. All items are returned to FrontRowe at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

    7. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to FrontRowe. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

    8. Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.

    9. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
